I left Russia almost 3 years ago, and since then I've seen a lot of Western public figures give their takes on Russia: Tucker Carlson, Joe Rogan, Elon Musk and so on - a lot of them are basically spreading Russian propaganda at this point.
As a Russian, I of course would like for them to do better. However, the truth is that a lot of Westerners, and especially Americans don't know anything about Russia.
What are the modern misconceptions and stereotypes about Russia in the West? How do they affect other post Soviet countries? Let's talk about it! I'll also talk a little about how Western stereotypes affected me as a Russian YouTuber. Smash like and sub for more thx xoxo
