Screaming at a baby over "fake" Beyonce concert
Vice President Harris held a rally in Houston with Beyonce and Kelly Rowland from Destiny's Child. But the attendees were led to believe Beyonce was going to perform, and when she didn't, it all went downhill from there. But outside the rally, a viral video shows some lady screaming at a baby, which makes you wonder where their "joy" went.
